The End of Flash
What does the Franchisee need to know in terms of the end of Flash?
Adobe will no longer be supporting Flash Player effective January 12th, 2021. Until now, our customers have relied on it to access call recordings from their Arria NuSutus systems. In response, we have been developing a new back-end system and user application that we will soon be releasing. This brand-new web portal gives you access to centralized call recordings for your fleet of stores, and no longer requires the Flash Player plug-in.
What does the end of Flash mean to the Franchisee?
The existing Arria NuSutus system will continue to operate normally and there will be no impact to your customer experience or the continued recording of your customer calls.
In the interim, for those Franchisees and their teams who are accustomed to accessing and reviewing recorded calls, we are happy to assist you with three options:
What can I start doing to prepare for the new portal?
First, assemble a list of team members who will need access to the new portal to retrieve recorded customer calls. Then, email firstname.lastname@example.org with their names, titles, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Arria NuSutus will then create new user accounts for the new system and will email access credentials prior to going live.
In the coming weeks, we will unveil the new portal that will provide you access when, where, and how you want through your laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
As always, our team at Arria NuSutus is standing by to update auto-attendant messaging, store schedule changes, and retrieve recorded calls as we put the finishing touches on the next generation of the Arria NuSutus system interface.
We are excited to bring this new tool to our Domino’s family and will be sharing a preview very soon. Stay tuned!
