  • Our upstream providers are reporting resolution to the issues causing telephone interruptions occurring earlier today.
  • The disruption of the past couple of weeks is very wide-spread and has affected businesses nation-wide, including most recently, 911 emergency services as well as other critical services. This disruption has now been escalated to government authorities in both US and Canada.
  • Team Arria NuSutus is continuing to work with our carriers and service providers to get more information about the events to understand the root cause.

  • As of this update, we continue to see portal and network improvements and service has resumed to expected behavior.
  • We are observing connection stability and service returning to the stores.
