We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of Arria NuSutus by ePerformax, the powerhouse behind Ping Agent. A world-class leader in Contact Centers & Business Process Outsourcing, ePerformax is HQ just south of Nashville TN, and provides service to an impressive list of clients that includes many Fortune 500 companies.

We are committed to bringing more investment, more support, and more innovation than ever before. That is why we are proud to highlight “nusutus+” pronounced “nusutus plus”.

We decided to add the “+” plus sign to our name to reinforce two things. First, the additional strength and stability gained by the acquisition, and secondly our renewed focus to add value to your business in everything we do.

Innovation is a core strategy of both nusutus+ and ePerformax. We have been hard at work in preparation for Worldwide Rally and are pleased to announce several advancements including two new innovations that will dramatically improve the customer experience: Accent Neutralization for “Live Agent” and an Artificial Intelligence Virtual Agent (AiVA). In addition, we’ve also been busy migrating the nusutus+ telecom ecosystem and the Pulse Franchise Office System (PFOS) to the cloud.

We aren’t stopping there. We are excited to share that we have reached an agreement with Domino’s Corporate to add their proprietary CCA technology to Live Agent which will significantly improve customer experience.
